It was officially established on 8 October 1932 as an auxiliary air force of the British Empire which honored India's aviation service during World War II with the prefix Royal. On this day the students were taught about what the IAF does and how it protects the country, they were also taught the importance of the IAF. One of the students whose father works in IAF has spoken about her father’s work and how many days he gets to spend time with his family and how proud she is about her father working in IAF and protecting her friends and the people of her country. After her speech, the teachers and students gave a huge applause and thanked the IAF for doing such a service to the nation.
