Mr. A.V.N. Reddy is the founder and chairman of the AVN Group of Institutions and a Member of the Legislative Council. A postgraduate in Chemistry, he began as a lecturer and principal in government institutions before building a family of schools and colleges known for academic excellence and strong values. For nearly four decades he has believed that schools must shape critical thinkers, lifelong learners and responsible citizens.

Mr. A. Naveen Reddy, Director of AVN Vida International School, carries forward the vision and values of the AVN Group of Institutions. An MBA by qualification, he brings fresh ideas, a distinctive leadership style and sound management principles to the school’s growth. He believes every child is a story waiting to unfold, and works to give students the stage, the tools and the inspiration to learn with confidence, curiosity and integrity.
